Hardboard (Masonite) Panels can be prepped using Traditional Oils, Waterbase Oils, Alkyds, and Acrylic. It will accept all commercial and handmade gesso grounds. It resists moisture, buckling and warping. The panels are CARB Exempt and have no added formaldehyde. The panels are the ultimate surface for painting, coating and finishing. Ultra Smooth Surface on both sides for a beautiful finish, every time. Fully made in the USA.
