Payment Methods:
- PayPal: payments may be made through PayPal’s Secure Payment processor. The shopping cart will direct you to the Secure Payment processor at PayPal and will send us an email message when your payment is made. The order will be processed and then, mailed in 3 to 5 business days.
- At this time payments via credit card are accepted over the phone only.
All orders are payable in US funds only, and are sent upon receipt of payment. Personal checks, money orders, and International Postal Money Orders are not accepted for online ordering. Personal checks and money orders are accepted for phone orders.
International Orders for physical products: Email us for Payment and Shipping options.
Returns:
- No returns, refunds or exchanges for packets, DVDs, painted pieces (artwork).
- No refunds or exchanges for any digital product including e-packets or online classes.
- No refunds or exchanges will be given if you are unable to play the online class videos on your chosen device (computer, tablet, smartphone).
- Damaged items may be returned for replacement or credit only. Authorization must be obtained before the item is returned.
Shipping:
- Shipping costs are based on the size and weight of the item(s), zip code, postal code, and country. We ship to the United States, Canada, and Japan. Contact us via email if you wish to place an order from another country.
- There are no Shipping Fees associated with Digital Products.
- Orders are shipped via United States Postal Service or UPS.
Digital Products:
- Digital products are available for immediate download when your payment is received.
- No warranty is expressed or implied nor are successful results guaranteed with any Digital Product.
Online Classes:
- Rol Publications or Cheryle or Larry Rol shall not be held responsible for network failures, internet connection speeds, software compatibility, lack of your ability to view the videos, or classroom login issues.
- Rol Publications or Cheryle or Larry Rol shall not be liable for any electronic device that may be infected with a computer virus or malware.
- If Rol Publications or Cheryle or Larry Rol are unexpectedly unable to provide the videos associated with any online class purchased, we will make them available to you for download.
